Author Notes: Wendy Jago is an NLP Master Practitioner, coach and trainer and also a regular rider and listed dressage judge.
She taught at Sussex and Brighton Universities and then worked as a pyschotherapist, first encountering Neuro-Linguistic Programming- the ‘science of excellence’- as part of her psychotherapy training.
Wendy now spends her time coaching, writing books about coaching and riding, and helping riders and horses learn to understand eah other better through her ‘Make a Difference’ clinics.
