Searching for and Finding Communication with your Horse
This beautiful tribute offers suggestions for establishing a bond with horses that transcends “animal” and “master”.
Along with gorgeous photographs and uplifting poetry, Dominique Barbier’s extraordinary ability to communicate with and improve the lives of horses and riders is revealed through a training philosophy steeped in gentleness and compassion.
This is a montage of stunning photos taken from Dominique Barbier’s Farm.
You’ll see glorious imported Lusitano stallions, images of Classical Dressage, enlightened horsemanship from the classical tradition, the vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, California, and life on the farm.
Review “After reading Barbier’s book you will come away with a renewed desire to connect with your horse.” —Sally Swift, founder, Centered Riding on Dressage for the New Age “If you’re searching for answers and can’t get them from the equitation and training lessons we’ve all had drilled into us, or if you have a particularly challenging horse and are open to new approaches, you might find an answer in this book.”
