Author Notes: Penny Hillsdon has trained with Paul Fielder, Charles Harris, John Lasseter and David Hunt.
By the mid 1980’s she was competing at Advanced level and progressed from Prix St Georges to Grand Prix in one year.
In recent years she has concentrated on schooling young horses but, while training is her first love, she hopes, in time, to accompany these to the highest levels of competition. In demand as a dressage trainer, Penny has also recently founded Dressage For All which has the aim of making quality training achievable, affordable, and fun.
Penny began her equestrian writing career with articles for Horse and Hound and Dressage Magazine. She has subsequently had numerous articles commissioned for both national and international journals and with Paul Fielder has co-authored All About Lungeing and All About Long Reining.
